Our Costs
Stafford Family Law’s modern approach allows us to have the most competitive rates in this area.
However we do not want you to choose Stafford Family Law because we are the cheapest in town but because we offer an unprecedented level of service. The only difference that you will experience from our approach is that you will find it much easier to speak directly to your Solicitor.
We do not offer promotional rates or fixed fees as we do not believe these will ultimately benefit you. We believe that there are lessons to be learned from areas of law that use ‘fixed fee’ structures, like conveyancing, which unfortunately have the highest level of customer complaints and negligence claims. For more information on fixed fees please read the News Article.
Our approach at Stafford Family Law is to provide the highest quality specialist family law advice in a way that is right for you and at a price that you can afford.
We do this by offering a full range of services from full solicitor representation to our Pay As You Go options. Whichever option is right for you we will offer you a very competitive hourly rate and strive towards the highest standards of client care.
With our full representation service we will give you the fairest estimate that we can, constantly monitor your costs, bill you monthly and make sure that you are kept clearly informed at every step of the way.
On Pay As You Go you stay in control of the costs and pay up front or on the day as you use the service.
We will also work with you to try and keep your costs to a minimum. Your solicitor will advise you on ways that you can reduce your costs and we have also put together some helpful guidance on ways you can help to keep the costs down.
We also offer you convenient ways to pay. In addition to the more traditional methods of payment like, cash and cheques, we can also take card payments, electronic transfers and arrange a regular standing order for you.
We do offer a free initial meeting as we feel it is important that you feel comfortable with your solicitor and are confident that Stafford Family Law are the right solicitors for you.
To discuss your matter further please call 01785 336617, send an email to sel@staffordfamilylaw.co.uk or complete contact us details and we will call you back
