The way people obtain legal services is changing at a very fast pace. With the emergence of high street brands, online services and call centres it can be very difficult to know which is the right option for you and your family. Whilst these alternatives might look more cost effective at first glance, often they are not, and you may actually be taking a risk if your matter isn’t very straightforward, if anything unusual or unexpected crops up, or if you can’t agree matters with your partner. In addition the person actually working on your case may not have the qualifications or experience you expect meaning that the advice you get may not be as informed as you’d like.

We feel that with issues as important as you and your family there is no substitution for a quality face to face service with a dedicated expert family law solicitor. We will help to take the uncertainty out of your problem, deal with the day-to-day issues as they arise and guide you through this difficult time with expert, personalised legal advice delivered in a sensitive and supportive way. We have also improved the traditional service by ensuring that our hourly rate is competitive, that we can offer you appointments from 7am to 7pm seven days a week and by giving you direct access to your solicitor when you need them.
At Stafford Family Law we believe that everyone should have the right to access quality legal advice and this is why we have created a full range of services that will allow a much greater number of people to get the legal help that they need. Our Pay As You Go service allows you to retain control of your matter but also gives you the reassurance that you can access out expert support when you need it most. You may be happy to deal with the administration side of their matter but would still prefer a specialist family solicitor to represent them at court which is why we offer our Court Representation service. Another advantage of these two services is at anytime you can transfer to our full representation service and keep the solicitor who is already familiar with your case.
